Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (HGS) has long been a client of our firm. Recently, they retained our firm to serve as Executive Architects – to not only provide interior architecture and design for their new 650,000 sf, three-building complex of research facilities, but they also asked that we provide the project management and oversight for the 16-firm multi discipline design team that was retained to design and construct the state-of-the-art complex. Our services for this effort were requested because we have repeatedly demonstrated to HGS our outstanding Project Management skills.
